Worst experience ever. Brought me a minivan, we ordered a SUV. The van was not ready for pickup, even though on the phone he said there were 2 ready to go. Waited 45 min there for them to prepare/clean and vacuum the car the assistant manager was not helpful and told me the wait would only be 5 min. Then.... they bring me the van and said it needs gas!!nWe left. I will never use this location ever again!

I made my reservation early in hopes to avoid any issues. The agents called to confirm my reservation the day before. I was scheduled to pick my rental up at 9 am. Just minutes (approximately 5-10 minutes) as I am en route to pick up the rental a rep called and said the rental I was getting had a flat and it would be approximately 9:30 am before they would have the car ready. Then when I arrive at 9:30 am the rental is not there. The rep had to go to Katy, TX to pick up the vehicle. I asked if they had any similar size vehicles available but was told they did not. I was then told it would be 10 am before the agent makes it back. It was after 10 am when he arrived. As I waited for the agent to bring the car from Katy, I asked if the rental would be clean and sanitized and was told it would. However, the rental was not clean, had an odor, and had less than a half of tank of gas which I brought to the agent's attention. The only thing I was told was that I could bring the car back on E; however, I did not. I returned it on Half a tank. If I could have found another same size rental, I would have gone to another location or another rental company. I was highly disappointed because I had an out of town event that I was 3 hours late to due to the delay of picking up the rental car. This was a horrible experience.

I booked a vehicle that never got booked made me look stupid. It wasn't the location it was the operator.
