Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Never rent car with enterprise if you don’t want to lose money. I have insurance car covering. The guy lie Custommers . my insurance company paid all my bills of rental car for enterprise and when I return rent car the guy told me that I don’t need to paid anything . but after one day enterprise charge almost 200$ From my credit card and enterprise don’t return my money although receive money from my insurance company. I really hate the people to lie Customers. no good service,

Gave them a second chance. Booked my vehicle for 10 a.m. changed it to 8 a.m. because I'm trying to get to a funeral. I get there and the full size vehicle I asked for is not available only a Prius and a mini van. I got dropped off. Now I'm stuck here with a Prius or a mini van. They need to stop booking reservations because there is no order or customer security that what you order will be available. 2nd time they burned me. They said I would have to wait until after noon to get the vehicle that I want. I refuse I'm ubering to Hertz now. I'm done with enterprise.

It was quick and the representative was very nice. I asked for an economy size vehicle and they didn't have anymore so they put me in a compact size vehicle at the economy price. God/Lord is good!

The customer service is actually great , but probably depends on who's working at the moment you book or walk in . They always have a vehicle or have a different location nearby reserve a vehicle. If you think this location is bad you're probably wrong out of all the locations I've been too in Houston this location has the best overall . I also mostly visit the location in the collision center , my guess experiences can and may differ .

Avoid this place and Enterprise all together. These guys will rip you off. They stuck me with a $600 bill because of a scratch on the door (which we think was caused by bush at an Enterprise property). They wouldn't budge at all. Total unfair and ripped me off. I said I'd pay some but they wouldn't budge.
