I had to make an unexpected stop at A-PA Plus Auto Rental last week when my car broke down in the middle of a drive from Houston to San Antonio. Emma at the front desk immediately greeted me kindly upon arrival and both she and Kevin (if I recall his name correctly) worked with me to ensure I was able to rent a car. When I returned my rental car a few days later, Emma went completely out of her way to drive me herself to the mechanic's shop 30 minutes away. Due to their great customer service, I was able to make it to my work conference in San Antonio that day and pick up my car effortlessly a few days later.
Small side business for car rentals inside the office of Bergers Auto Body Shop. They had one car left for rental when I was there. The car was clean and serviceable. Extra fees apply after 100 miles are driven daily.
