I would like to commend Stephen on his professionalism and the excellent customer service skills he extended to me. In addition, I also had the opportunity to witness his skills with other consumers while I patiently waited on my vehicle. Thanks to you Stephen you have restored my faith in the Midlothian location. Wish I could give them negative stars for being so unkind and uncaringnnIt’s been two months in a row I reserve a van and the day off they tell me that they don’t have it. To make things worst the manager is unapologetic, could car less.nReminds of a Seinfeld episode anybody can take a reservation.nnI went yesterday and the associate told me that they didn’t have a van but here’s a small care take it or leave it .nnThe manager Greg Anderson looked upset and beat down. I walked in and he couldn’t even say hello or try to help.nnI hope Herz service improves

My experience with Hertz Midlothian was super great. Greg is very professional with outstanding costumer service skills.nI rented a dodge minivan from this location and while I was driving it, I noticed the steering wheel was shaking, when I returned it back same day, Greg replaced it for me with a 2020 Nissan Armada for the same price. I took the car for a short road trip and when I returned it, he fixed all the pricing adjustment and he gave me the final receipt with the total price. Fair & no complaints. I would recommend this location (Hertz Midlothian) for anyone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HERTZ! Greg is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have EVER spoken to. My husband and I had set this hertz as our drop off destination (we were buying a car). It was a Saturday and they closed at 12...We were worried about not turning it in on time and called hertz to explain our situation and we considering dropping off our car in Dallas. Well it was 20 minutes before 12 but We we’re able to turn it in... I was 25 minutes away and I called hertz to explain the situation and if it was still possible to turn in the car. Greg sighed at my question and complained how every weekend everyone does this. First of all... I wasn’t demanding to turn in the car, I asked if it was possible. He answered my question in such a demeaning way and basically was complaining about his job. I have never received such bad customer service for asking a simple question. GREG NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
