I wanted to send a special THANK YOU to the guys at The Colony location off the service road of 121 near the Walmart. Adam, Chad and Jacob were absolutely outstanding. Lost my Dad and needed to get out of town to and from funeral. Walked in and they took great care of me! Even on the day of my Dad's funeral my nerves were really bad and I had a hard time actually starting my car. One of the guys actually drove over to my apartment and showed me what I was doing wrong. I was simply just nervous and not able to think clearly. I want to make sure that these guys were thanked appropriately by myself and my family! THANK YOU!!!!!! My trip went great and the vehicle ran like a champion! But it all starts with the guys and their customer service skills. YOU ARE OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! You were friendly and we also had some laughs during my very short wait for the vehicle! ENTERPRISE IN THE COLONY OFF OF 121!!!!!! Come here!!!!!!! They know how to treat their customers!!!!!!! OUTSTANDING GUYS!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! Will also be contacting Corporate to share my experience! FREAKING AMAZING!!!!!!!

Chad and his team are awesome! We had reserved a minivan but due to shortage in metroplex, there wasn’t any available. They were quick to find a large SUV and rented that to us for no additional cost. Kudos to them for providing an exceptional service.

Worst service in my life!!!!!nThe new manager it’s so rude. he treated us super badly and with a lot of arrogance. I lost my temper. He meant that our reservation was wrong (email sent by the company itself) and that we had to return the car 3 days before we paid to have it. that is, we pay for 3 days that we will not use the car because we had to leave it there! after all, I never want to need to see that man's face again.nAnother bad thing: when we got the car 1 month ago, it was dirty, smelling superrrr bad and with no full thank of gas.nI do not recommend their service! go somewhere else

I had a reservation @ 1 pm for midsize SUV. I went around 3 and the guy working there tried to hand me different kind of vehicle with $35 more, saying I didn't show up at 1 so they don't have any other vehicle type that I wanted. Dishonesty. Didn't even bother to ask furthermore, so cancelled the reservation and walked away. Be very careful dealing these kind of employee,that give rental company a bad name.

Tommy and Weseam are hands down the best! They have been super helpful and kind to me every time I need to rent a car. They make everything seem less and have me in and out super quick. These guys are my go to from now on when I rent a car. Thank y’all for everything ud83eudd18ud83cudffb
