This Enterprise is the best. The staff truly takes care of their customers and has the best customer service. There staff is the reason I will stay an Enterprise Customer.
Absolute crooks.nUpdate after response...nThe response you see is only lip service to those reading reviews. I followed the suggestion and not only got no response but was further charged for things that had nothing to do with my rental. Think twice before using enterprise. Plenty of other options out there

I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come back to the office. In the mean time another customer came in to return a car. The Enterprise employee walked in and out of the office totally ignoring the customers. When I told him I was there to pick up a car, he said he only had a minivan. The young man returning a car had a Ford Fusion and I said I would like to have that instead of the minivan. The employee said the Ford was promised to someone else. No apologies. No let me see what else I can do. It's obvious Enterprise has so much business that customer service is unimportant.
