Best place to get rentals from in the DFW they are always professional and cars are always clean. Go see David and Ronnie they will get you rolling.

I didn't get the vehicle that I had reserved in advance......I supposedly got an upgrade to a SUV (Ford Edge) but it wasn't very nice. The road noise was horrible and the fuel economy not so good. I don't call it an upgrade over a premium car at all. I was told, even though I had reserved it at least a week in advance, that they couldn't get a premium car delivered. I wasn't offered the choice to go to another site to get what I had reserved either--I would have probably agreed to do that.

Rented here before. It's definitely a reserve ahead place, not a big rental spot, so they only have the cars people reserve. I have no problem with that. Both times the cars have been spotless and clean on the inside, and pretty dirty on the outside, but it was explained that they don't have the facility to do the outside detailing. I can understand that too. They're also cheaper than the big Avis locations. The reps are friendly, except for mister grumpy, but he's efficient. I'll be back.

The car i was given had sever hail damage. I ask not to have a white car and thats what i was given. It has nasty stain on the front passenger seat. And stains on the head rest area of the back seats. Due to my work schedule i was not able to retun it proir to today. But if the mileage is checked. I didnt drive the car once after i got it home and took it back. A total waist of my money.

The Avis location in The Colony, TX is one of my favorites. The availability, customer service, location, and key return convenience, is awesome. The desk clerks are always nice & courteous. I have even received a free upgrade once or twice for being a valued customer. Avis is my favorite rental car service and unless something drastic happens, it will be my ONLY option.
