Needed a car. They had a car. Rented the car. Returned the car. Only problem was the return key box that was clearly in front of my face but couldn't see.

If one place isnt open because of covid ,why wasn't I told or asked if I wanted to return the car to the place that was open. That would have meant that I would not have been charged for the weekend

Increasingly dissatisfied with Enterprises services. Our last vehicle was disgusting. Dirty inside and out. Smelly inside. If there was any other place to rent from we would.

I’m trying to return a rental car here in marshfield that I rent yesterday to return today. The office is close and I have been talking with at least 10 people of enterprise and nobody can help me yet. I’m not able to drive away to return the car. So please I need and answer. The car ir parked there from 1 pm today. I have the keys so let me know where I can leave the key. This is a nightmare

The customer service is horrible!nThey're always 30 to 45 minutes late when picking somebody up. I have had to file several complaints against Jake X teevan's point Wisconsin and Logan at Marshfield Wisconsin. If given the opportunity I would recommend finding another car rental establishment and not wasting the time more money with these people. Jake Manager at Stevens Point was talking with me about my girlfriend's reservation all day. As soon as you found out I filed a complaint against him with corporates he then threatened my girlfriend advising her that she will no longer be able to rent from them if I continued to call about her reservation. I do not appreciate or will I tolerate somebody threatening my family.
