I rented a car at this location in the past and due to very poor customer service I took my business elsewhere. Last week, I had a family member visiting who needed a car. By convenience and proximity, I came to this location anticipating the same old poor service. What an extraordinary change did I observe! It seems that the location has a new management and Amir and his team made my renting experience so smooth, pleasant and easy. Well done and keep up the good work! You have just regained your loyal customer back!
Great experience. Clean car, tank was full, managers were very friendly and this location is so CONVENIENT. Already booking my next car rental with these great folks.
I’ve been a frequent customer of this location for a few years. I have had my share of issues with this location in the past. HOWEVER the newest owner/operator is turning around the business and really focusing on customer service. He takes pride in the location and it shows. The interaction is pleasant and quick. Looking forward to using this location more in the future.
I really enjoy this location and Amir is wonderful. Other than that I'm pretty disappointed with Avis. I have rented from this location several times and this is the 2nd time I had billing issues. This time a holding amount of almost $700 was deducted out from my account. A day after I returned my car Avis charged me $970!!! Why not just charged what I owe? Instead they charge me the full amount and still have my $700 pending. I would love to give this place a 5 star because of Amir, unfortunately I can't in this case.
Different experience this time versus last time. UNDER New MAnagement. I rented a car due to my car being in the shop. I made a reservation for a car pick up. When I got there the Representative had the car ready for me. In addition to having the car ready, he upgraded the vehicle being offered without asking or any expectation in return. The first time about a month ago I left and went across the street due to how rude the lady was. This time was a complete 360 from the last experience.
