I’ve been renting at this location for a long time, and I’m so happy with the recent management change! Amir is very friendly and quick. I will gladly recommend this location again.

Do not waste your time going here. I did an online reservation and I was told I could get a mid size car but when I got there they told me only suvs and pick up trucks was available for an additional $10 extra a day. I don’t see why I would be charged extra for something when it was a mix up on their end.

Scam! Scam! Scam!nnI got overcharged $459.00 due to hidden fees!nnBe aware when you do business here, they aren’t honest!!!nnThis place is a scam anytime I walked in there (to rent the car, to pick up the car and drop off) the agent was on the phone arguing with customers about over charges. After I drop-off the car I was also livid when I found out that I was overcharged $400.00 dollars because they are not honest and there are hidden fees that the customers aren’t told about.

Been here a few times now and Jacob at the counter has been there every time to assist me. He does an excellent job managing both the line in the store as well as making sure to answer every phone call. Despite being by himself (during the constant rush), he stayed composed and provided friendly customer service! Thanks Jacob!

I got wonderful service at this location. There was a little wait to get to the desk when I arrived, but it was a busy time for car rentals, and it wasn't too crazy considering. The staff provided fast, friendly service, and I was very happy with the car I rented. I felt very taken care of.
