The car I picked up was filthy and smelled liked fast food for a few days, we could not get rid of the smell. There was food down the sides of the driver seat. Also, I had to call and extend my rental multiple times because our truck was stolen and we were dealing with insurance. They quoted me different pricing both times over the phone and when I called after turning the car in for some help, I was put on hold for 12 minutes and then told by Chris that “the contract looks right.” And other help. Will not be renting a car from this location ever again. Worth the extra few minutes to go to Budget down the street!

I feel like the staff at this location were prejudice when I returned the vehicle the staff associate asked me if I had left a weapon in the vehicle. When I picked the vehicle up they asked multiple questions that were out of the ordinary also. The only reason I give them a 2 is because they didn't over charge me. If you are a colored person I don't recommend using this location. Peace be with you.

Car was great. Only thing was who ever had it before smoked in it. So it smelled really bad. So bad I would get out of the car and still smell like smoke. Would go into my job and people would ask if I smoke or it smells like cigarettes. Yes, I could've requested another car but it was almost 6 and I would've had to wait till the next day for a car. My truck was already in the shop. Besides that they provided a great car and great customer service.

I have been using this location for several years to do business travel.nnStaff is always helpful and courteous. Car selection is varied.

This was the best experience I've had with ERAC in recent memory. I finally got a car that I reserved. In the past, I always got a car smaller than I reserved or a pick up truck. Although I didn't get the final price as I had on my reservation including the discount, the gentleman got it within a few cents to the final price.
