Ms Stephanie did an outstanding job with making sure I got the perfect vehicle. Her total customer service made this a nice experience, and I will be a return customer very soon.
From start to finish it has been a nightmare working with this Enterprise. Our insurance company set up a rental after our primary vehicle was a total loss, but Enterprise IGNORED our initial submission and had to wait 3 days before we could get our rental. Then when they finally called us to pick up our rental, they had us drive to 3 different locations for our car, only to then tell us they didn't know where it was??? What?? Now trying to return it, and it has AGAIN been a nightmare. For the last two days no one has answered their number and the voicemail hasn't been set up! What a joke. Avoid this location if at all possible.
3.5 hrs to get a rental w a reservation, come on people have to work, tried to leave but they keep telling me it was almost ready, horrible service

I was lucky enough to have James as the representative to assist me while picking up my vehicle and returning it. His customer service is second to none. I am very impressed with him. He was extremely busy the day that I came in. He had a smile on his face the entire time and was never rushed. I highly recommend using this location for your rental needs and I hope you’re fortunate enough to have James assist you.
