Quick and easy checkout process. The young lady was friendly. I let her know about a mark on the vehicle and she noted with no issues. In and out in about 15 mins on a Friday evening.nUpdate: Pick up was great, it's the drop off where I had issues. I was told by the young lady that I could drop off at the other in Little Elm. I did that and Marvin or Marlon calls me the day after saying he's going to run my card for an additional $300 plus $60 because they didn't have the vehicle. That was at 8am in the morning the next day after I returned it. I didnt listen to the message until around noon. When I called back he acted like he didn't know why I was calling. Uh because you left me a message about a vehicle that I did turn in. Then he says oh yeah I see the other location checked it in and I asked did they have it for the day before because that's when I turned it in. He said they had for today but he would update it. Something told me to check my bank account after I got off the phone with him. He had run my card for the amount he stated on the voicemail without checking with the other location and didn't say anything about it during the conversation. I had to call back a few times to get him on the phone again and ask him did he refund it and he said that's what I'm saying I have to refund it. No you didn't say that you did anything with my card. So money was taking out of my account that I needed to use for bills and I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for that mistake. They also still own me a refund from my first deposit I put down. A good experience gone sour.

Prince and John are the best. Customer service is above and beyond. ATTENTION: HR, Headquarters who ever sees this Please give Prince and John (from the little elm,tx location) a raise. First car I have rented in close to 20 years. Prices were amazing! Joe the Nissan pathfinder which was an outstanding vehicle no issues. Drove from Texas to North Carolina I am back within four days. Outstanding vehicle.nnAdded roadside assistance for like six dollars a day which total for seven days is under $300,, seems a little silly to have to pay an extra six bucks a day for them to replace a tire or tow the vehicle etc. but is what it is.nnSecure the vehicle on their website which was intuitive. When I arrive to pick up the vehicle I was in and out in under four minutes. When I return the vehicle again was easily under four minutes. Outstanding experiencennHowever the real treat was the customer servicenThe gentleman I pick the color up from was a young man who was beyond courteous and amazingly helpful. I wish I had caught his name. Same on the return: client was a different younger gentleman who was equally as kind and courteous. Hands-down was the best customer service experience I have had in the year 2020. In fact likely the best customer service I’ve had in the last 20 years for that matter. Could not recommend this outfit highly enough! Of course your experience I guess could vary depending on location but this was on Eldorado Parkway in Little Elm Texas Whoever runs that outfit deserve kudos as does every other employee I dealt with there. Other than my military career I spent the majority of my employment as a customer service manager so I feel confident and comfortable recognizing outstanding customer service when I experience it,,Without a shadow of a doubt this was exemplary customer service!! When the need arises to rent another vehicle based on my experience I will not only use enterprise again and I will go out of my way to drive to 52 miles it takes to get to that location from my house,, the experience was just that good! Outstanding job boys and girls.

We had to wait for our car. It was not ready. We reserved and paid for a large SUV but got a midsize suv. The car’s navigation system does not work and it will not Accelerate sometimes when you are waiting at a traffic light causing the cars behind you to Honk because the suv will not move when you push on the throttle.nnThe suv was clean and the person at the front counter was very nice.

My issue has been resolved.
