Absolutely fantastic experience overall! Ashley was extremely helpful and accommodating. It was really obvious that everyone in that facility cares about their customers a lot. Selected the option for a mid-size car and was handed the keys to a Dodge Challenger which was well-maintained and drove like a dream. 100% satisfied with my experience. Have already recommended to friends, and will continue to do so. Thank you!

This Enterprise location is ABOVE AND BEYOND amazing! The staff (starting with my pick up driver George) all the way through Evan, Ashley and William at the front desk. Each experience/interaction was wonderful start to finish. They made me feel like a priority at all times. The vehicles were clean and in excellent condition. I didn’t feel like I was at a loss being out of my own, new vehicle. I will never go to another Enterprise location again! Excellent customer service! Excellent attitudes!

Team at Eldorado & 75 were great to work with. Had the vehicle ready- in and out in less than 5 minutes. Return was even quicker Will use them the next time- Great experience!

Do not rent from Enterprise in McKinney. I live in McKinney, TX and it's worth driving to one of their Plano or Dallas locations. We had a very bad experience and they are not on par with the other Enterprise locations that I have rented from for 2 decades in the past.nnI am a long time member and my Member # is 3XCPT64. Our initial request for the type of car that we wanted was ignored. Despite repeated calls to their dealership we were not able to exchange the car until we drove up and waited at their location. We were alternately told they were too busy or had too small a selection.nnThe car that we we rented would not start in our driveway the day that we planned to return it. When we asked them to come and check the FOB or battery we were told they were to busy and that we would have to pay for roadside assistance.nnDo not rent from this dealership. They do not value service and do not represent what Enterprise has always shown us in the past.
