I saw the reviews and appreciate the warning to STAY AWAY! But I was desperate and hoped service had improved. It has not! I got a ride for 45 minutes to pick up my rental. I was told that they did not have the SUV I rented and nothing but a cross over. I was not familiar with it and the agent drive it around. Oh my goodness!!!nn1. It was the size of a small match box! There was no way all my items would fit.n2. It was a down grade from what I would paying.n3. The auto was so filthy I could not tell if it were black, brown, off grey, or a mixture of all colors dark and dreary.n4. I looked inside and it was also filthy! There was even a dirty foot print on the arm rest.nnNeedless to say I was without a rental to go to my a family members funeral.nnThis place is AWFUL!nnNeedless to say the agent’s demeanor said he could car less.nnUgh!!!!

Made a reservation with Hertz earlier in the week, then a few hours before my scheduled pickup time they call me and state there is no car for me and that they close at the time I was allowed to schedule a pickup. I was advised I would get a call back prior to my scheduled pickup and they would advise if they had a car. I asked if they offer any other car replacements or help a customer out when they cxl last minute reservation. I was told plainly no and to expect a call back to see if they found me a car. There was no call back and it was past the closing hours. I called customer service and they were just as unhelpful in acquiring a car for my paid reservation. I've never had this happen, and would at least think they had some way to help the customer after canceling the reservation last minute. Customer service was not existent and I will never use Hertz again.

Horrible service they took my daughters. money and could not find her a car!!!! She had an important event out of town that she will miss because of this horrible company!!!! Don't waste your money or time.

I will have to say, Dawn does not do justice for this location. She is incapable of doing her job correctly, taking ownership and providing customer service.nThis location used to be my go-to. I have rented a minivan for our trip. The car had a stench, not filled with gas, and a rip in the seat. This was all they had. I returned the car, and they charged the card on my Gold profile and not with the card given at check-in. Now I have to deal with the 800 line... which a whole different rant altogether.

Broderick did a great job getting us in and out when we picked up a car and when we returned it. If the need arises to rent a car again, I will check with Hertz first!
