Unfortunately, I have to say this is the worst Enterprise location I have ever dealt with. I requested a truck and they said they'd have it ready for pickup. It wasn't so I left in another car and they told me they'd call me when the truck was ready. The next day, I get a call to come in for the truck. The truck they tried to put me in had a literal flat tire and smelled like smoke. I told them about it and they said they'd fix it right away. An hour later still nothing. On my way out the door (still with no truck) all the other customers said they had been there over an hour waiting around too. Horrible customer service. Please do not call me to come in when the truck isn't even ready. What a major, major waste of time.

Sharp tounged staff reports management wont purchase paper towels to wipe windows, so they have to use dirty rags. Tires are improperly inflated, always low on wiper fluid and rarely has enough coolant or oil.nSeems they charge a lot but can’t appreciate their emplyees, or cant find good hard workers that will be loyal.

Beware. Reported a false claim on a spare tire after we had turned the car in and left. Called to dispute the claim and was told that we had to pay the claim first. Corporate customer service was horrible. “Dropped calls” when I am on a land line. Very bad experience. I do not recommend.

Sat here waiting for nearly 20 minutes. Rep didn't even acknowledge us. All we needed to do was return the vehicle. Was not even busy. One person was renting. Guy answered the phone and handled 2 other people's affairs BEFORE even acknowledging us. Never again! Reps name was Dylan...so he says. When I asked him why he couldn't just ask the people that kept calling to be put on hold while he at least acknowledged our presence and asked us what we were there for, he told me not to talk to him like that. Very dissatisfied with the obvious lack of training in customer service skills by Enterprise.
