Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Cedric Manager very dishonest. He lies about what you or he may agree to and charge you later. Frat Que are suppose to be honest very disappointing when I checked my refund. This location needs to be closed. The truck was filthy with white spots on the back seats. The mats were dirty. The tires were dirty. COVID no didn't pass cause the entire instead was terrible. I kept the vehicle due to a business appointments the following week. Don't use the Enterprise at Service King awful customer service.

Honestly I have stopped renting from your company. These are my reasons.nn1, If I am not mistaken, my last rental was using my point. As usual my chosen full size car was not available and was offered a larger size car. Since I need it for a few hours that day I accepted the option and left. However, shortly once the AC kicked in; the combination of smoking and the spray that was used to cover the smell; made it hard to breath and we had to drive back with all the windows down to exchange the car. Its interesting that the company policy is a $250.00 service charge. But, the location didn't mind to hide the issue from another account.nn2, The mangers are changed way too often to make any relationship with your regular customers. The few times that I had the opportunity, was very happy with the out come.nn3, I always rent full size car, because my wife has back pain issues. I book certain cars with friendly seats for her. I also often call ahead the rental location; to request those full size cars in advance. However Unfortunately, 99% of the time; I can only pick up standard, suv or larger cars.n4, Finally rental price. I always use Costco Travel to book my rental. Enterprise, used to be few dollars a day cheaper than Avis across the HWY. But, lately Avis is less expensive by few dollars a day. Additionally, so far this year; they have had my chosen car waiting for me this year. I can drop off rental after hours without having to make another trip or pay extra day.

Hello.nnI recently rented a car from Enterprise at the 4001 central expressway location.  Nickolas Richardi was over the top with customer service!  The other guy, who was the manager, not so much.  I needed to extend my rental a couple of days and so I called in and spoke with , not nick, but the manager.  The manager said sure and no problem.  Not one time did he ever tell me that my card would be charged again right then or the amount it would be charged.  The next day I looked at my account and there was a charge from enterprise for 82 dollars.  I called up and actually got Nick on the line.  This guy (nick) was so informational and helpful the rest of the way that it blew my mind.  My question to you is “Why isn’t Nick the manager there?”  You guys are blessed to have him as a hire there with Enterprise.  If I ever need help again I am calling and asking for Nick.  And if he ever leaves Enterprise then I would like to hire him for my own business.  Thanks Nick!!!
