Hertz

I called the day before to confirm my insurance had made the reservation, and to confirm they had it for an SUV as requested. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice, said everything looked good and asked what time I wanted to pick up the car. I told him I would be there at 9am or shortly after. Upon arrival, I was asked to sit down and wait because he had to get a car ready for the guy ahead of me. Almost an hour later, another person returns and starts on my reservation. He tells me I didn't reserve and SUV, to which I replied I did and spoke to somebody who confirmed that for me. After getting that sorted out, he told me the neither of the vehicles, the wrong one or right one, was ready so I needed to have a seat while they clean the SUV. I waited almost 2 hours total for my reservation that had been made since 06/08/2020. When the vehicle was finally ready, the guy walked in and handed me the keys. Never even went around the vehicle so we could look at any damage that might already be there. Took pictures of the dings and scratches, just to cover my own butt!

I always rent in hertz at college station and there are 2 very nice boys, but unfortunately I have had the experience on 2 occasions with a lady who is quite bitter, treats clients very badly, leaves hours waiting and is always full of ragennThis person is definitely not ready to serve the public and this job is not for her. She may have other skills, but this is not hers. She even raised her Voice to me for arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled time to pick up the vehiclennI waited for her 40 minutes because she wasn't there and she told me that my reservation had already been canceled. I had to wait at least 1 more hours to help other clients and then she would seennWhen I asked her to please help me, because I was renting the vehicle to travel for a medical appointment, her response was that I should be rented in an other plase, because she was definitely not going to attend to me.nnSiempre alquilo en hertz de college station y hay 2 chicos muy amables, pero lamentablemente he tenido la experiencia en 2 oportunidades con una señora que es bastante amargada, trata muy mal a los clientes, deja horas esperando y esta siempre como llena de rabianDefinitivamente esta persona no esta preparada para atender publico y este trabajo no es para ellannQuizás tenga otras habilidades, pero esta no es la de ellannA mi hasta me levantó la voz por llegar 15 minutos despjes de la hora pautada para recorger el vehiculo... Professional Covid free service, fair price.

Good costumer service but the prices are not as they appear . If you are under 25 it looks like you will get a car for the amount listed . However if you read the fine print the price shown in the pay now is not the actual amount even after tax m they will add on an additional 25 a day for under age and then re billed . They lost a customer due to that .

Booked a car for noon. Said it was going to be a few minutes wait. No big deal. Waited until 12:30 and the lady at the front said it was going to be an hour. Not a problem, have home visit for work. Called back, 2 hours post pick up time, and it was still and hour out until something was ready. Seriously. I don't know what type of week Hertz is having but damn. Not going to this location again.
