It started off with a concern of not having the vehicle I requested as I expected. The agent I worked with super friendly and professional, and allowed me to choice a vehicle that were on the lot. I was able to be in vehicle 10 times better and more comfortable then what I had requested! Great customer service!
The college Station airport location is awesome. They have the best customer service representatives. Would highly recommend them they always help and try their best to help you get into the car class you're trying to rent.
Very friendly and cooperative employees. The only thing is the service hours are limited to 3:00 pm. Besides that very nice and courteous personnel.
Rental was hassle free and reps were very helpful. There was no problem when i had to extend rental extra day and the gave me newer vehicle requested due to extended rental time and me not wanting to have issues while on my vacation. One less thing to worry about.
I made a reservation to pick up a car at 3p.m. I was 8 minutes late. The gentleman that had been working the kiosk was walking out the door. I explaiabout the app telling me to be there at 3. The gentlemab was polite, but told me the keys were in the safe already. I only rent a car every 4 or 5 years. If the time between the app and the kiosk do not match it needs to be fixed.
