Service people tell you one price & another tells you a different. They tell you a certain vehicle it's available & when you get there, they say it's gone!! Their location it's not easy to find & is in the parking lot of a shopping center...ud83eudd28

—-Edit: look at the copy pasted response from the manager on like every bad review. That’s why y’all bankrupt!!! ——-Hands down, one of the most poorly run businesses I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Don’t plan on having a smooth transaction here. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. Booked on Orbitz, car I booked wasn’t available, in fact, no cars were available. This place is like the joke from Seinfeld where Jerry tries to pick up his rental car. “ Jerry:nI don't understand. Do you have my reservation?nnRental Car Agent:nWe have your reservation, we just ran out of cars.nnJerry:nBut the reservation keeps the car here. That's why you have the reservation.nnRental Car Agent:nI think I know why we have reservations.nnJerry:nI don't think you do. You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.”nnI would avoid and go with Enterprise. This place has no problem solving or willingness to provide customer service. Side note: Todd is extremely rude. All other employees seem largely uninterested to be working at all.
