Oh Mr Kevin the owner the president of Budget car rental on Sandu let's just say I don't know if he thought I didn't have no money just because I was African-American but this man talk to me so bad about something that his employee Brittany did it was unbelievable. But when I was able to show Facts and proof his whole tone changed. Yes I still have my rental car but you best believe it will be the last time I ever rent from this place.

If I could give less than one star I would. Made a reservation ahead of time and when I got to the place the staff looked lost and unorganized. Took a while to even get acknowledged by them. Once I got to the counter I let the clerk know that I was using a debit card and that I knew there was going to be at least a two hundred and some change hold on my card. He then proceeds to tell me that I will have to call my insurance company to verify with them that I am insured. All this after just showing him in person from my Geico app my up to date insurance card. To top that off he then tells me that my reservation can't be fulfilled because my drivers license address does not match my insurance card address. I have rented vehicles before and I have NEVER, NEVER came a cross a situation like this. My car has been broken down for two weeks now and all I wanted was to rent a car for the weekend and unfortunately that didn't happen and they didn't make the process any better. Talk about customer service, save yourself the trip here and do not waste your time at this location.

Same as other reviews on here. Terrible and poor customer service. Little to no attention. Personnel showed no respect or importance to us as customers. We had a reservation but personnel made an excuse. We were sent from airport to this location after they gave us a hard time. We came to this location and from the beginning we felt the atmosphere. Poor customer service. No help or whatsoever at all. The answer was no after making us wait and they did not offer other ways to help. Corporate management look at these comments. Do something. Clean house. I am not the only unsatisfied never customer thank to your personnel.
