This place didn't get me a car even though I had a confirmation number. Then I had to wait 7 to 10 days for my refund. I will never do business with them ever again. I was goin to my daughter's wedding. Put deposit on the car a week in advance. Every place I called was sold out of cars cause it was Easter weekend. I was lucky a friend let me Barrow his car otherwise I wouldnt have made it to my daughter's weddin. I live in San Antonio the weddin was in Springdale, Arkansas... ThX Hertz for screwing up my plans...
13 years behind the counter, is that why you're so rude.. We drove 2,000 miles and have a reservation and you won't give us the car! Ridiculous and very much annoyed! May have a great rental price but your customer service is crap
