Enterprise is the BEST rental agency!! This particular location is my favorite. I’ve always been a happy customer. :) They go beyond measures to satisfy their customers. Chelsea is always so nice & helpful every time I rent from here!! Thank you Enterprise for great customer service!!!!
The customer service is great. The overall experience was not. I was heavily sold the daily insurance which added $20/day. The car was decent. I was charged an extra day and had to call and request a refund. What was quoted as $87 online ended up costing me $160+....I will not use Enterprise again....
Fast and friendly service, a very well maintained, clean automobile. Great location. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Needed a car to get by as mine went into the shop. I rented a Nissan Altima, which was quite comfortable and had all the amenities that one needs to get by. If I need to rent a car I'll definitely use Enterprise again.
I rented for a total of 3 months, and not once was I offered the rewards program. I had to inquire about it myself. It would have been nice to be able to gain rewards within those 3 months. Especially saving money for future rentals.
