Loved this location SO much, especially the employees that helped me. With such an emotional trip coming to San Antonio from Seattle, WA due to my dad passing away.. this location made the process very smooth. We were suppose to rent a car from 2 other companies but they ended up being sold out even with a reservationnI wish I knew every employees name I came in contact with but I can only give recognition to Aitiyana who completed our bookingnVery beautiful and helpful soul. My mom & I appreciate you all so much at the San Antonio location.
The people, processing and vehicles at Sixt are amazing! From their management to the people working the desk to the personnel giving and receiving the vehicle in the parking garage everyone seems genuinely happy to see you! Professional, cost effective and quick. I’m very impressed!!!
I reserved and paid online. When I got there not only did they not have the class of vehicle I requested, but they gave me the hardest time while trying to check out at the counter. Telling me they needed a credit card to place a hold. When I gave them one, the lady insisted it had to be chipped. When I told her, you just said a credit card, what's wrong with this one? She proceeded to give me a hard time and call her manager over. Very unprofessional and rude customer service. Will not be using them again.
Jolie at the San Antonio desk was very helpful in my choice of cars for the journey and spent time reviewing my options. Bernard had the car ready, and this was a most enjoyable trip.
HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS! FIST OF ALL, AT THE SAN ANTONIO AIRPORT, THEY CLOSE AT 6PM! THAT SHOULD TELL YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW RIGHT THERE! THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMTE CAR RENTAL COMPANY MY FLIGHT ARRIVED AT 5:57PM SO I REALIZED I NEEDED TO CHANGE MY RESERVATIONS. I WAS TOLD I COULD CANCEL BUT THEY WOULD STILL CHARGE ME FOR 3 DAYS RENTAL! WHAT A JOKE! TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COULDN'T GET THROUGH. DO NOT RENT FROM SIXT! THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!
