Hello! I wanted to take a moment to let you know how wonderful your Porter and counter help were today. First of all, I believe his name is Dexter, was very helpful in telling me where to park my car and how to get inside to the kiosk. He could not have been nicer and more helpful. Also, Eric at the counter was very quick and efficient and super friendly. He too could not have been better. It was a great first experience with your company and when I need a car again, I will definitely just go right to you guys. Thank you again Dexter and Eric for all of your help and being so courteous.

Renter beware... I changed my rating from 5 start to 2 because i was charged for insurance even though i opted out at the counter. The best customer service could do was refund 50% of the insurance cost at $15 per day, 7 days.nnAt first I was truly delighted by the attention and support provided by the staff, but guess that treatment came at a higher price compared to Enterprise or any other top tear rental company. In the end the cost was nearly double what advertised. Renter Beware!!

NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!!nnIf I can give this company no stars i will. They never refunded me my deposit. They also never informed me that there will be a deposit, until I picked up the vehicle. I called customer service many times and every time I call its always a different story. They scammed me out of my deposit and lied to me several times. Never again will i use this rental company. Plus the vehicle they provided to me was A- not worth the money I spent & B-worst transmission ever. Would hit 60 mph and the steering wheel will vibrate like crazy. SMHnThanks for the horrible experience.

This was my first time using E-Z Rent-A-Car, and my experience was great. Car was clean and in good condition, the counter service was fast and they had my reservation. Pricing was significantly lower than the competition. All of the employees were great to work with. Recommend them, and I will use them again.
