My entire experience was absolutely perfect. And especially the location I rented from I have to come in the staff at that location because that is probably the best experience I've ever had while renting a vehicle. I am definitely sold on Avis and will no longer be renting anywhere else. Great job keep it up and I'm sure we getting a lot more future customers at least friends of mine anyhow
Avis has awesome customer service. My wife and I were treated pretty poorly at Hertz (SA Airport) where we had a reservation. Decided to cancel. We went to Avis at SA airport where Cathy was so helpful and nice. She didnt have what we wanted there, but she found what we were looking for at a different location, and at a cheaper price than Hertz.nnReservation was made at Avis River Center Downtown where Louie and other young man went above and beyond with their customer service, attentiveness, and hospitality. I greatly recommend both of these Avis locations.
Easy online set up. The guys were very helpful and friendly. Car was clean and in good condition. A little challenging to find. ((Downtown San Antonio)).nInside parking garage of a IMAX mall. Would be helpful to have known inside mall at the Marriott. Maybe list that info on website. But still happy with the experience.
It's good I well rent from avis next time I need a car
