Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Been here for a month and rented from them 3 times. All three times, no car available at the time I reserved( 430), I thought plenty of time to get a vehicle. The second time, I waited an 1 1/2 hrs, then they took me to the Broadway office, they did upgrade my vehicle for same price however. The 3rd time they did not have a car ready, and I had to basically beg them to come pick me up at the visitor center ( didnt have anyone to access base). Only reason I rent from then is b/c they r on base, comvenient. Wouldnt recommend them if u have other options.

The staff their are very professional and respectful and I was in and out in 10mins.

I’m from out of town and I don’t have a major credit card. Reservation department told me that was fine as long as I provided 2 proof of residency and proof of employment with a debit card. Once I got to the branch I rented from, they denied me saying I need credit card because I’m from out of town. Enterprise was rude and made no exceptions

Great fast friendly service. One word of warning. they do not do Drop off pick up service as they do not staff enough people. However they did reimburse for the cab ride to go get the car. The whole process to set up the rental was fast easy and painless.nnThe return of the vehicle only took 5 minutes. Deposit was returned immediately.nnFor military star card members they do accept the star card for payment,nnnext time I'm using these guys.

I reserved a car several days in advance and received confirmation of the reservation, but the car was not available when I arrived to pick it up. Worse, I received no advance notice of this, but was instead told only after I walked miles from my hotel to the Enterprise facility.
