I was traveling, when I got to the airport, there were no vehicles to rent in Enterprise, it was oversold, the other car agencies had crazy prices, there was a very big event in the city, they did not have rental vehicles, after much searching for a solution, they sent me at this Enterprise office, when I arrived they were waiting for me to tell me that there were no cars, an error from the call center, however I met Miss Amanda who tried hard to solve the problem, she was until after her time, finally she sent me to one of her offices further south of the city where if there was a vehicle, Amanda really made a difference in the customer service, highly recommended the attention that the Miss provides
The staff here took such good care of me after my car was totaled. I really appreciated their concern and understanding. Both cars I rented were immaculate and had a full tank of gas.
I just called to arrange a pick up for a current reservation and the lady I talked to was not friendly whatsoever. She told me I cannot pay with my Visa Debit card, and that they would be charging my card an additional $300 until I brought the car back. I have rented from Enterprise in WA before and never had to do any of that. I have a bad feeling about this.
