Over the phone I was told the service to take me back home was not available. However, when I arrived the gentlemen that helped me was so amazing and made sure I had a ride back!
It has some time that I rented from Enterprise. Received call day before rental date to confirm reservation, center did not have this noted when I arrived.nnPicked up vehicle and was informed it was empty. Closest gas station was across highway. This was noted on paperwork but found this very strange and have never had this happen on any previous rentals with other companies.nnNot sure if I will use again...
Great service. In and out quickly. Gave me a ride to where I needed to go after dropping off the car.
