The reason for me giving you all a five in the middle is because I tried two different rental places and they gave me the run around and took forever but then when I stopped in Memphis Tennessee area before I departed my trip where I had to go in the middle of Mississippi towards the ocean and had to get a rental through them downtown Memphis last week I was treated right with a better customer care type of person at their front desk in Memphis Tennessee and did me better than they did here in Lexington Kentucky where I reside @ now was on the phone n got the run around on sat.before last n was going outta town for spring break for a week n both locations aggrivated me esc.!

I usually rent from the downtown agency, and they are most helpful, cordial and efficient. The rental is ready, clean and any questions that I have have been honestly answered. Numbers where I can get support while renting are pointed out to me. Whenever I left an item in the car on return they held it for pick up. Great service.

Car smells like ud83dudeac so that's unfortunate, pretty clean, and price was over hundred dollars more than what was paid when made reservation

Car I reserved was not available. The car I got was dirty and smelled of smoke. And was only car available so had no choice. Exchanged car in Nashville and got car that was still dirty. The service rep was pleasant but I'm renting a specific car that I reserved weeks ago and only one car left on the lot not close to what I reserved and dirty. I spent 30 cleaning the inside at home.

I was offered and $30-40 discount with email proof and yet I still haven’t gotten that. Customer service is ridiculous and they’re not understanding at all. I want a full refund for my experience. Customer service is a brief description of the job and how the job cares about there service provided. At this point there was no good service at all provided . 1-10 I’ll give a 5 hands down
