This transaction started out all wrong...I had a rental reservation i started with a sprinter van... in this reservation I was supposed to be at the location by 12 noon... I found out out that this location closes at this time so had my friend not informed me this would have been bad for my business as I am.an independent contractor. So when I get there @ 10am I was told oh we don't have your van but we can't give you this Chevy Tahoe...I was like ok.... 1st thing... next I got it on a Saturday so I renewed on a Saturday.. so on March 12 I knew I would still be out of town so I called to renew over the phone and she changed my renewal date to Friday without my knowledge...this caused me a fee that I saw on my credit card statement....thirdly I come back to renew and when I get there there is a notice on the door...we have changed office hours m-f and I am like what am I supposed to do as far as my rental renew....so I call and get the longest wait time to speak with someone....get it done and today when I show up the location is now closed at sonic dr until April 8 or further notice and then tells.me.were I could take my car to return it which one location was less than a mile from my house....all this could have been resolved by a simple call or email communication....omg....hertz you all need to do better

This location is trash!!! Never have I waited so long to rent and return a vehicle. My insurance reserved a rental for me and I wasn’t made aware I need to call them. The lady at the front counter called me with an attitude and said next time you rent a car call us in advance. When I got there she told the other employee she had to go to lunch because she had a attitude. Straight trash

Trying to make a change or a drop off on the weekend was almost impossible. We were told there was no option for drop off after business hours. The suggestion was made to leave the car with the keys in it but the risk was ours to take. Can you believe that?nnTheir call system repeatedly put us through voicemail boxes that would not have an option to answer and other options simply hang up leaving us on repeated dead ends.nnTheir 800# had a serious communication problem in which the representative simply couldn’t correctly note an email address. For literally 15 minutes the email was provided but the representative would repeat it incorrectly, over and over and over.nnNever again.

They are so unprofessional. I will never do business with them again. No one was there when I arrived at my schedule time to pick up my rental. So I had to wait until the next morning & they were late coming in. Making me late for my appointment. That was the whole purpose of picking up the day before.

I am a gold member and the interaction was positive.
