Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Customer service at time of return completely blew me off. Had rented a car for over two weeks. Was on the way to drop off the car when I hit a traffic jam at 4:30. The location was closing at 5. I promptly called and told them of the situation. The customer associate told me that they could not wait not one minute past 5 o’clock. Told me to call 10 minutes prior to close if I could not make it. Time went by it appeared I would not make it. Called to let the location know and no one was there. Everyone had left early or chose to not pick up the phone when the associate had instructed me to call back at that time. Fyi I was only 5 minutes passed 5 o’clock to make it to return the vehicle. The next morning I returned my car first thing when they opened. I come to realize they had charged me for another whole extra day because I could not make it by 5 o’clock the previous day even though I returned it the exact moment they opened up the very next day. After over two weeks of business they can’t buy be professional enough to take care of their customers. Not one person can be willing to stay 5 minutes passed in order to fulfill a customer who found himself in a traffic jam. No they just charge you an extra day. Only 2 stars out of 5 because the first half of my experience was great.

I made reservations for my rental two weeks in advance. On my pick up date, my car was unavailable, and I had to wait 2 hours. However, the customer service was so GREAT, I couldn't even get upset. Things sometimes happen, so I will be returning to this locationud83dude03

Reserved a car. Had a document ready to go. Went there. No car. Took an hour to get the car. Meanwhile agent refused to wear mask properly. All around a disaster. However they did reduce the bill by 30%. Not going back there if I can help it.

Friendly & great place to rents cars, they have many I could choose from, dependable & speedy service
