Avis Car Rental

I rented a car for my birthday there was a mix up with another rental company I ended up at the Avis Hilton and Mrs. Iris took care of me! She saved my birthday weekend. She was responsive, nice and overall helpful. She is now my new go to

I have mixed reviews. My name is Ms. McClain and I arrived a little early on 8/20/20 for myn12 noon reservation and forgot my credit card so I told the gentleman I had to leave and he was friendly waited on me to return. I came back and completed the rental service with a young woman who was also pleasant. There it turned. After completion I was given the keys and told to look for a Gray Subaru SUV which was( a free upgrade due to the lack of compact cars. ) As I was leaving the hotel I saw the gentleman sitting on a chair talking on his phone( could have been lunch ) not sure, however I thought it was required for a walk around by the staff and at least the car could have been driven around to the door for a dual inspection. I’ve NEVER been left alone to find the vehicle By myself without an inspection. This is Unacceptable!!!

A friend told me about this Avis location and the service was just great they provide it me with a nice car it was clean and they took the time to answer all my questions, yes i Will be coming back thank you

I am a repeat customer with AVIS Hilton. Iris has always bent over backwards to help me. Most recently, her response to the COvid-19 pandemic especially touched my heart. As a person with pre-existing health conditions, I was impressed with the attention to sanitizing my vehicle and providing contact free transactions. Thanks Iris. You know I'll be back.

If you're looking for a car to rent for your next trip this is where you need to come . I had an emergency and they were very helpful went out of their way to help me they got me the car I wanted and gave me some discounts my experience with them was great yes I will recommend to anyone thank you AViS thank you guys
