Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We have rented cars a few times a year for the last 5 years for school trips, some family leisure, and Enterprise in Bartlett on Stage Rd has always come through with what we need to accommodate our trip and price is always reasonable. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Vehicles are always clean and have gas in them when we pick up. Will recommend to anyone! Thank you!

I’ve been renting from enterprise for 20 years. Worst location I have ever dealt with. The last 2 cars smelled like marijuana and were filthy inside. The staff was worthless. I will never go to the Bartlett location ever again. I would rather drive an hr to the airport to get a good quality rental.

They put me in a car that smelled like marijuana. Then have me another that was heavy with cigarette smoke. The cars were dirty on the inside as well. I feel like I would have received better treatment if I was a few shades lighter. Don't go to this location.

I am reviewing this as a 3 star review only because the young man (high school kid) that helped me (didn’t get his name) was very helpful, got me in an out of there as quickly as he could, he was very speedy and customer friendly, even let me vent about how terribly (I feel) that the “manager” D’Anthony treated me via phone. I have now rented twice in two weeks for a out of town trip. When I wasn’t there promptly at 9am which is what time I made my reservation, he called me and was beyond rude that if my car wasn’t picked up soon, they would give my car to someone else. ISNT THAT THE POINT IN RESERVING A CAR!!!??? I am a working adult in retail and I tried to schedule my pickup around what should have been a lunch break, well when my “pickup time” came and passed, he called again to make sure I still wanted the car, more rudeness and basically made me feel like if I didn’t get there ASAP I wouldn’t get a car. I just didn’t like the way he talked to me like I wasn’t important of my car being available wasn’t a concern to him. Again the whole point being, I reserved a car almost a week in advance because I needed it on that day. And what’s the point in reserving a car if you can’t hold it!!??? Normally I post praise or good reviews. And if I could review the young guy who helped me and got my rental processed I would give him 5 stars, but because of that very rude treatment, this 3 star is super generous. I was mad that day (Friday 8/28) and still mad now! Rant over. I’ll just select a different location next time and hope for the best!

(Saturday January, 23 2021)nI was contacted by Erin Kelley’s manager through email. And was told he would reach out to me that Monday morning but I literally didn’t receive a call at all. Just wondering if he has my new number? Or if he is going to let her get away with that disgusting behavior that enterprise doesn’t condone. If this is what enterprise is hiring now? Which I doubt I want no parts of it! I will be reaching out to corporate again! Because I will not let this go. Until she is addressed as she should be.nn(First comment)nHonestly I’m so disgusted by the lack of professionalism that I received today over the phone with a woman from this location. This literally was the worst and the only bad experience I’ve ever had with enterprise ever and I’ve been renting with enterprise for years with absolutely no issues ever I was practically yelled at over the phone today by this young lady I was literally shaking I can not believe this is the type of service that is given at this location literally UNBELIEVABLE I received a card from her with the name Erin Kelley on it I’m assuming that’s her and the card says she is the Branch Rental Manager if so there is a HUGE PROBLEM! I had to contact corporate after that phone call it was terrible I’m still shaken up wow!
