Hertz Car Rental

What's the deal??? I've paid for my rental and just because it was through hotwire, you still need a deposit! SMH I lose money. It's a scam to get money. Then they charge you to cancel.

It was a huge mistake to book a car with them. 1 person at the counter and HUGE line of the customers. Never again!!!

Let me start by saying, the encounter I had this morning is by far the worst I've ever been treated. I rent vehicles a month at a time and sometimes two times a month. I went in this morning and the attendant in the gold room was pleasant to start with. I told here when my office made my reservations that I need to keep the same truck I had. When I arrived the guy checking in vehicles said the truck was down due to service, I told the lady and she said that there is a truck outside and brushed me off and started getting the man behind me reservations and then said to me a full size truck will cost you more but I would have to wait around until some turns one in and never said a word to me again. Now I'm in a small truck that will not suit my needs. That is bad business for someone to treat a loyal customer/company the way I was treated today!! Rethinking my options for rentals!
