If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I went to pick up my car. I was told I need 2 proofs of address. I showed my phone bill via app. My bill is due 2 days from now, so it shows the balance that will be owed then. Enterprise told me I must have a $0 balance. So I paid my bill early. Next, I showed my pay stub. My last pay stub matches my current address, so I thought I was good. Enterprise saw that the pay stub before that one shows a different address. (I just moved so that’s correct.) They denied me a car. I feel like I was racially profiled and discriminated against. I left and called and asked for corporate number. The woman initially said that they don’t have a corporate number. She asked if she could help. I said no, I need whoever is at the top. She then transferred me to corporate. Enterprise knew they were in the wrong. They didn’t want me to call corporate. Corporate got on the phone and confirmed that I didn’t even need a $0 balance on my phone bill. It just couldn’t be past due, which it wasn’t. I’m awaiting a call from the district manager. I’m contemplating suing.

For reason on the particular weekend that I NEEDED a vehicle, mostly all the cars were not available. I decided to move the time to a later date and Enterprise, on Mount Moriah, had a mid size car available. I arrive and once they tell me which car it was, (which was a Hyundai Elantra). As I was approaching the vehicle, I asked the sales person has it been washed, because it appeared dirty, she advised yet. Checking the outside of the car, it was a small dent on the outside and when she opened the door to check the inside, the car smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, the driver seat had small cigarette burns on it and there was a brown stain in the back seat. I even put in TWO air fresheners in the vents and that still didn't work. Not to mention, it rained the whole time I had the car. When the windshield wipers were used, there was a streak on the windshield was at high level so I had to adjust myself just to see out the window properly. The experience was not the best with Enterprise but it was something I needed because my car was in the shop! I was so glad I didn't have to spend an extra day in that car, especially with my 4 year old having to ride in it.

I don't really know where to start but after having an frustrating 2 days of trying to finalize car rental Enterprises came through. I had made 2 reservations wit 2 different car rental places, the first advertised having cars until you get down to picking up and find out their aren't any.The second one I made reservations with debit card but when I got there I needed this and that. So I went to Enterprises where I should have done in the first place. The young lady Shay got me in and out with no problem. Thanks!!

Whew I was hoping I wouldn’t get a survey because Enterprise know they completely disappointed me last weekend. So here’s the deal, we planned a trip to Branson for 20+ people. We decided to rent two 15 passenger vans because we informed travelers we would provide transportation. We (my cousin and I) reserved both vans on October 20, 2020. On December 3, 2020, we received phone calls confirming that we would, and I quote “be there on Friday, December 4, 2020 to pick up my 15 passenger van”. My cousin also received the same phone call. We wanted an early start with traveling, so we reserved for 7:30am. We arrived literally at 7:30am that Friday morning, only for Enterprise to inform us that they had ZERO vans. Now imagine our frustration. What are we supposed to tell 20+ people?!?! They eventually found one van and then rented to us a Durango. Once the van arrived, the check engine light came one. Guess what?!?! Back to square one. They really tried to tell us that just because someone calls to confirm, doesn’t mean the vehicle will be there. HUH?!?!? They ended up finding two mini vans plus the truck and we didn’t leave the city until noon. I can’t believe they dropped the ball like that and literally tried not to take accountability. Yea they discounted the rentals but they should have been free considering the inconvenience we went through. Almost four hours to get all the rentals and the fact that we reserved with a major credit card in October is just unacceptable. Do better!!!

I was not pleased with my rental car experience and being accommodated for my issue. The Memphis Mount Moriah location put me in a smoked out rental car. I'm sure they know it smells like smoke because its very noticeable. If that was the case, they should have at least told me before putting me in it. I could've made the decision if I wanted to stay in it or not. Also, I was called 4 times during the week from another Enterprise location in Memphis on Winchester that continued to mix me up with someone with the last name. I did not realize what was going on until I got another call after dropping the rental off. The lady said it was an accident they kept calling the wrong person.nnThis did not make me feel confident that my personal information was being safe guarded. It was unprofessional and when I complained about the issue, I still did not receive a phone call back in regards to how to improve their process. I usual have a stellar experience but from the Downtown location only.
