Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I made a reservation for a rental car, and was greeted by a really nice employee when I arrived. She was swift and detailed in working with me. I was then welcomed with a clean , mid sized suv, which is what I requested. It was a safe and perfect car for the trip out of town I took. I brought it back before the time I said I would and it was easy enough just to drop the key in a box and head on with my evening.nHighly recommend if you need a car that is reliable!

I was involved in a car accident and my insurance provided a rental for me, through Enterprise. I was very familiar with their services, as I used them often for work. They called me to confirm when I would be coming and made sure to put me into something comparable to my personal vehicle. Great, friendly service! They were very much attentive and worked quickly to get me in and out of there with no issues and little to no wait.

Their Customer service is always on point but I wish they would do better on maintenance of their vehicles, like oil changes wheel aliginment and rotation other then that i love this location

This location is great. Always have the car I want. Fast service and great customer service.

Update edited from previous post: I am completely changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. After emailing [email protected] I was able to get fast assistance. My issue has been corrected. I still believe this location does not have enough employees to support the current demand. Regardless, thank you Enterprise. My experience with your company has far surpassed that of other car rental companies.
