Very nice employees, good customer service, affordable rates and great vehicles to drive

Customer service is horrible. The lady that called to confirm pick up was very rude and distasteful. She has the worst attitude ever. She didn’t want to answer questions, huffing and puffing. Rushing to get off the phone as if she wanted to confirm and just hang up like we can’t ask her questions. Her mouth is smart and she need to be hit in it. With them high ass rates

Sabrina was very nice and professional. She was curtious and understanding. I'd recommend anyone that's looking to rent a car stop by there first. You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, the owner is not a good person. It is simple as that. She lied, got caught in her lie. Lied again and basically gave the attitude of she didn’t care if you knew because there is nothing you can do about it. She will overcharge you and put you out when you try to get an understanding of where the charges come from. To get put out by a woman wearing house slippers at a “professional” establishment was about the most disrespect I’ve faced all year. Never come here. You have been warned.
