Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great. Got services great. Car washed took a little bit long but great. VERY satisfied ud83dude09

So... If you don't buy THEIR rental insurance, even though you have quality auto insurance that covers cars, they can scam you with damages that neither you or the rental car facility didn't see. We returned a car that this facility found. Here's the real kicker... It was raining at the time of the rental. The rental agent and I walked around the car quickly because of the rain. The agent didn't find any damages to the car at that time so the rental agreement shows there was no damages at the time of rental. So tell me... How would you notice this tiny scratch on the rear fender from what looks like a car door scratching it? After having the car in the garage, we noticed several dings and dents on the car that there would have been no way to see in the rain.

Needed a car ASAP (car wreck) and the staff down at this location are super friendly and fast. In and out the door. Highly recommend this location.n...will be back

My experience with Enterprise/Highway 64 was pleasant. I had no problem extending my rental when I needed extra days.All of the associates were very polite and courteous. I will be using Enterprise Rental again.

Good deal for a Volkswagen Tuquan. $300.00 deposit. Plus about $135.00 per week.
