Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I reserved a car to be picked up at a certain time well in advance. An hour before I am supposed to get the car I get a call saying it'll be a little late. Okay whatever. An hour and a half goes by no call. I call, they don't have any cars available yet. I call other locations and find one and they want two hundred dollars more than the one I had reserved. I call to ask if they'll match the price for the inconvenience, nope. Not to mention they were rude on the phone. Now it's twenty minutes before closing and still no call back about my car that I reserved so I'm guessing I'm not getting anything and not even the courtesy to say hey we can't do it, sorry. Forget this place, this is terrible service.

The customer service at the Covington Office is awesome. I've rented there many times and it's always fast & easy.

I needed a rental car on very short notice and it appeared that every company in the local area was completely booked. While it did take a few hours, the Covington TN branch was able to locate the car I needed kept in contact with me throughout the day!nnVery professional service and clean car! I will be returning to this branch for all of my future rental car needs!nnI highly recommend them over the Millington TN branch, which was quick to just turn me away.

The lady was very prompt, friendly, helpful and honest. I enjoyed the checkin and checkout plus the conversation and helping when I had to extend.
