We had the pleasure of working with Doug at Fox Rentals. We were in the process of buying a car and needed transportation during that time. Doug was always sure to remind us of insurance extentions even if it meant from home! He took a lot of work out of the process on our end. The car drove great and was in good condition. We recommend Fox Rentals to everyone else especially if you do not have a major credit card. Great customer service!

My roommate went here to rent. The first car was filthy. She pulled the car into his shop and cleaned it. After she cleaned it she found out the trunk was broken. She agreed to swap it for the only other car the lot had. This one was also nasty. Not only was it dirty, the transmission slipped, it needed tires, it was missing 2 hub caps, there was dents all over it and it drove like it was falling apart. When she returned the vehicle she was told it needed to be back before 2. She got there around 1 and the doors to the office was locked. She put the key in the drop box and we left. She then got a call from them telling her she will be charged for the day because it needed to be there before 10. Needless to say the whole experience was a nightmare. I would not recommend anyone do business with this place.

Cars are DIRTY AND DISGUSTING! Check engine lights on and to top it off car cut off on me...save yourself the trouble and don’t rent from this bootleg car rental service! Doug lies about daily rates had me paying over $100 a day he’s rude nasty & UNPROFESSIONAL! One star is too much
