Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great place to rent. If possible fill out info online first. Will save you a lot of time. Simple return as well.

First and last time using this location!! I always rent w Enterprise and never had any problems until I used this location. I left an expensive item in the car, I returned less than 5 minute and this branch claimed nothing was found in the car. LIARS and THIEVES!!! I know for a fact I left my electronic in the rental car and my iPhone cord in the console. God don't like ugly, this location should be ashamed of what was done and allowed!!

This Enterprise location was amazing, Andrew was a great rental agent. I received a call letting me know the vehicle I was wanting to rent had been extended and would not be available but Andrew worked things out and got me into another great vehicle. The pick up and return process was quick. I will definitely be using this location from now on.nGreat job and great agents!

I called on Wednesday morning to get a rental car after getting in a wreck. They informed me they would try to get me a car but they currently had none available. They were able to get me a vehicle and called me at 4pm. They picked me up at gerber collision which was very nice of them. The gentleman that picked me up was very kind and helpful. I got the car they gave me and left considering it was 5pm and there were no other cars available. The car WREAKS of cigarette smoke. I found out on Friday that my car would take over 2 weeks to fix so I decided to call enterprise to trade out the car because I could not handle the smell for another 2 weeks. They informed me that they still had no other cars available and would put me on a list to call for when something comes back in but that wouldn’t be until atleast Monday. Everyone was very friendly so I was going to let that slide and also hence the 3 stars instead of 1.nWell when I went to buckle in my daughter in the back seat today, which is Saturday, there was a used cigarette sitting on the back seat. That alone let’s me know the car was not cleaned after it was dropped off by the previous user. Considering the pandemic that’s just not acceptable. My 5 year old child has mentioned the horrible smell every time we get in the car and that’s what makes me the most upset. She shouldn’t have to be subjected to second hand smoke.

I've used this location routinely for a few years now and I've always had good service. They're pretty good at having whatever I reserved, but I generally come out better for it if they don't.nnOn my most recent trip, I had to make an unplanned drop of my vehicle in OH and they elected to not charge me the one-way drop fee (without me asking for it), so it was nice to see my loyalty rewarded by a local office. It's not something I'd expect every time, but it's nice to know the staff did something like look at my rental history of their own accord and cut me a break.
