My husband and I requested a full size 4x4 for our wedding anniversary trip to NC from FL. I was told by the winter haven branch that they don't have any 4x4s and it is rare if they get them. When I went to pick up a vehicle I was told they had a 4x4 that morning and someone rented it. We have to have a 4x4 because our cabin has an elevation of 4200 ft in the mountains with snow. I was told to find a Enterprise on our route and swap it out for a 4x4. The first Enterprise we stoped at in West Columbia SC the Branch Manager Peter and his partner Melvin went above and beyond to find us what we needed for our trip. He contacted other branches for us to find the vehicle that was just right. We want to thank them so much for helping us in a time we really needed it. They are amazing and would recommend this Enterprise to anyone looking for friendly, smiling, and a wonderful experience.

The service was amazing. Guys working there were great. The only reason for 4 stars was the car was a little dirty when I picked it up.

After using the same card with this company in the course of three or four years. I can't rent a car today and go see my niece before being admitted to the hospital. I was looking forward to this and now I'm heartbroken because we both were waiting for this day. Something they just started this month this is wrong
