My experience with this Enterprise location has always been problem free. The employees are professional, friendly and very accommodating. I called because I was running late and thought I had to postpone until the next day, but the young lady assured me that she would wait for me to arrive. The rental process was less than 10 minutes and the return was even quicker.
Great atmosphere, first time renting a car it was very fast easy and efficient. Adding extra days were very easy & I will definitely be back again !
Never got a vehicle after making 4 reservations.(online and over the phone said they had multiple for me).And got there never had my vehicle or 1 to switch to or another vehicle period. Said they were out until after thankgiving so then sent me to another location and the same after that and after that. I will say they employees were very nice about and caring that why I give a 2 star. The company and website just disorganized.
Great experience with Enterprise, easy reservation online and quick check out at the two notch location. Car was clean and very reliable.
Chiquita was very professionally courteous and very helpful. Covid-19 safety precautions enforced diligently.
