Would rent again. Great staff. Vehicle had been smoked in prior to the rental but nothing the staff could do about that.
I got a car from here , the manger did nothing to try to help me. Enterprise had the car tow for no reason . And is now telling me I have to pay the bill for it . Now I'm out of 200 dollars and I still owe A balance and put me on a black list . I now can't rent anymore carsn. But I'm already in the process to buy a car . It's over now
The Enterprise Rent-A-Car in downtown Columbia SC offers a convenient location, however customer service is not up to enterprise Rent-A-Car standards. Trying to reduce labor there was only one person working I waited 20 minutes for help. The code given for the parking garage entrance on Washington Street was incorrect did not work either time trying. Customer service worker did not clearly explain how to exit the parking garage back to enterprise Rent-A-Car. The car only had a quarter tank of gas . On a positive note the car was very clean handled well and made the visit a positive experience.
Confusing where to park. No information was given to me in regards to needing to park in a garage thats located on a whole nother street. Customer Service was pretty good. The guy in the inside was patient and easy to get along with.
