Reserved a minivan on 3/9. Received a call 3/30 telling me my reservation was cancelled due to a shortage of minivans but I could call other enterprises and look for one. If there’s a shortage what makes them think I would get one four days before my trip? They said they would look for one. The next day I called to follow up and was told one was available and to hold. Once taken off hold, I was told it was not available because minivans had been double booked. I reached out to the National customer service number and was told someone would call me directly. That never happened. If you are reliant on a reservation, I do not recommend this company. I’m still baffled they allowed me to book and cancelled a mere 4 days before our departure. They offered me 20% off my next reservation but I told them to keep it because I would never use Enterprise again.

I was very pleased with the customer service and generosity of Mrs. Micaela. I already had a rental from vacation week and I also had a new reservation and did not want to switch but I was concerned about the cost being more. But she made me aware that I could remain in my current rental for a even better price. I left satisfied. This location is always helpful.

This was the second time in succession where I had reserved a vehicle and it was not available when I arrived. The first time there were no suitable options available so I had to makes other arrangements, this most recent time I had reserved a full size pick-up (F-150, Ram etc.) to move my son back to college and when I arrived all they had was a Colorado which we had to make do with. I am not sure what the point is to make a reservation if that which you reserve will not be available. Renters be aware you might not always get what you want, nor will you get what you need.
