I want to brag a little bit about Samantha, she did such an amazing job! I came in last min super early as soon as they opened and she helped me any way. I left in 15 min tops with a rental and got to work in time. honestly anyone can vibe with her and feel comfortable. Appreciate you girl!!
My family was down 2 cars due to major repairs. We needed a same day rental. I called several companies who told me they had no cars due to the pandemic. When I called Enterprise, Brandy answered and assured me they could take care of me. I was also impressed when I arrived and Malik greeted me and walked me through everything. They made a very stressful day, much better! Thank you so much to this great team of people!
Mahlik was very helpful. The car was very clean and extra sanitary clothes were in the car. Easy transaction and love this neighborhood location.
Would be 5 stars except there isn't always someone in the office during business hours. Service is good. Prices are great.
Building is clean.nMy experience was good and everyone was nice and knowledgeable. This is my 2nd time and the car I reserved wasn't available I was given a very large pickup that was too much for me to handle and they raised my price up by $40 for this upgrade that I didn't agree on. I'm super disappointed cause I'm now having to miss Christmas with my mom.
