Had to rent a car because my car was totaled in an accident. Walked in and was greeted with professionalism! Everyone was nice and helpful. I misunderstood when I was suppose to return the car. Received a phone call from a young lady really courteous and polite that reminded me I went over a day rental. They allowed me to keep the car for few extra days with no hassle. When I brought the car back there were no issues, no bad vibes still professional and polite. Quick check out and I was on my way. Thank you guys for being so nice in my hard time!
This Enterprise Rental location always provides superior service. This time was even better than usual. They met me at the body shop with the rental car and all the paperwork to complete. All I had to do was drive away in my 2021 Black Nissan Maxima with 8 miles on the odometer. Awesome car! Same convenience when I returned the car to the body shop. Didn't even have to wait for Enterprise. They came later and retrieved the car. Everything was sanitary and extremely clean. Everyone wore masks properly. I forgot my garage door remote in the rental car when I left it at the body shop. I called Enterprise and they retrieved it from the car and kept it safe for me to pick up the next day. I would prefer to always rent from this Enterprise! Awesome!
