Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The first time that I made a reservation with them I got there and they had no cars. What's the point of making a reservation? Mind you I am a plus member. I never have a problem at any other branch. I give them a second try and this time they did not honor the reservation price and did not apply my membership discount. They charged me as if I walked in off the street. Again, what's the point of having a reservation? Never again Enterprise. I will not allow you a third chance.

I really commend you. I had a pleasant experience with enterprise. Even if when I had problems with the shop you were great in accommodating me. Thanks for caring...

If I could rate lower I would. Enterprise at this location sucks. On Wednesday my husband had a reservation to pick up a truck. Brought all Information that was required and was told that he did not have full coverage on our vehicles that we own. So he was denied renting the truck. All insurance information shows that full coverage is on all vehicles in the household. Salesperson didn’t try to rectify the situation or call the insurance company to verify info. Very rude staff would not get anything from here. District manager was there as well and did nothing to help the situation.

I've always had a great experience at that the Irby st. FLORENCE SC, branch, but today was down right awful. I Get there with a ready pass reservation and gave them my license and Debit card, the employee came outside and asked did I rent a vehicle last week in which I did, and said there was a smoke smell and big cigarette burn hole on the seat, so when i rented the car last week i told the employee who did my paperwork that there was a smoke smell and cigarette burn in driver seat , he came saw what i told him was there and said it's no problem so I took the vehicle , so when I told the employee today about the other employee knowing and to ask him he said the guy doesn't work there no longer and that I couldnt rent the vehicle I had reserved for the day. So I asked why and he couldnt give me an explanation and said he was sorry but I can come rent another day just not today, when I was dropped off and stranded with no ride home and had to sit for a hour waiting on a ride, I find it very discriminat and I feel like because I was black he just didnt want to rent me the vehicle he didnt even look me in the eye and I've just spent almost $2000 in two weeks doing business with this branch. The employee wasnt mean or nasty but I could tell soon as he saw me that this was gone happen I just could feel it and I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed and would like a reason why I was turned away and stranded cause of another renter burnt the seats and it fell on me after spending $1100 to rent the vehicle. I took pictures of the dashboard gas and mileage as well , cause they said the gas was a place that it wasnt and charged me$ 2.00 as well when I brought the vehicle back with same amount of gas! The guy who answered the phone was William an IrbySt Branch Florence,Sc.
