Dollar Car Rental

Do NOT use Dollar. They are a huge scam. We rented from them in Philadelphia and returned it clean and with a full tank. They charged us an extra $130 because they said we returned it on 1/8th of a tank. Granted, we didn't keep the receipt, but we only used about 1/8 of a tank altogether. So it wouldn't have mattered even with the receipt. They still could say the same thing.

Pricier thank I expected, as the fees they tack on are a bit much! If it says $150 be prepared to pay $300+. Other than that I had great car, easy pick up/drop off.

They tricked me with a rental car, took it to another city and didn't give me the break to get another one. They never answer the phone in the desk I call and charged me $310.00 extra for a problem with the battery

Very easy to get a car. Lakisha was extremely nice and helpful!!

The attendants at the airport are rude. They do not explain everything and I had 150. in additional fees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never use them again for a rental!!!!!!!!!!!!
